The SDHS Homestead / Madison Reunion is a 501C-7 private, non-profit status organization consisting of 9 Board Members, a committee of 8 and several sub-committee and volunteer members.

We have established By-Laws and committee agreements to guide us with standards of conduct, As with all 501C-7 organizations there are rules and guidelines we follow. NO ONE on the Board, involved with decision making, organizing and/or budgeting is paid for their services and do not profit monetarily in anyway.

Through out the year the Board holds regular meetings during which new issues and suggestions pertaining to services and conveniences are discussed and put to a vote. A new budget is established and event fees are set accordingly to meet the budget numbers for the up-coming reunion.

The yearly budget allows for a portion of Tommy Guadagno's property to be leased for one week each year to accommodate our reunion. The fees collected from the attendees pay for all of the expenses related to the reunion event and in NO WAY FUND any structures built on Tommy's property. Those structures and improvements are funded through private and personal donations to Tommy, who is trying to provide extra comfort and convenience for our reunion.

All reunion business is conducted in a fair and just manner for Tommy and the reunion attendees.

Last year (2010) the Board voted NOT to have a DAY VISITOR ONLY status due to the general feelings of unfairness and the complications the status presented over the past four years.

The Board of Directors and all other committee members are VERY AWARE of the purpose of this reunion. According to the overwhelming majority of positive survey responses during the last two years, we are growing and excelling in meeting the needs and requests of the attendees. We hope to continue providing the best upgraded services and accommodations possible to make our reunions successful. THANK YOU.
